​​​​​​​​​Consignment Policy

Stylish Abode accepts consignments for décor items Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.  The shop is closed on Monday and Sunday.  We are open the last Sunday of every month.  For larger furniture pieces please take a picture of your item and send it to us via e-mail @ info@stylishabodeva.com.   Please take several pictures at different angles to show the entire piece.  Once we accept the items you will be responsible for delivering it to the store at a mutual agreed upon time.

An inventory sheet must be completed before items are accepted.  A contract must also be completed please complete the fillable forms.  Minimum list price is $10.00.

The consignment period is 60 days , and the consignor will receive 50% of the listing price or sale price.  Based on the information you provide Stylish Abode will determine the most appropriate price based on our knowledge of the market.  If a credit card is used that includes one of your items the fee is split at 1.5%. 

A maximum of 15 items may be brought in once a month and an inventory list must be included.

We reserve the right to refuse to consign any item which does not meet our specifications and standards.  Exceptions are at our discretion.
